As we are a small, family-run guesthouse, we kindly ask that you inform us of any changes or cancellations as early as possible.
In particular, we ask that you please refrain from making last-minute cancellations due to surf conditions or rain, and notify us at least one week in advance whenever possible.
For your safety, we do not charge a cancellation fee if your stay becomes impossible due to unavoidable circumstances such as typhoons, heavy snow, or transportation disruptions (road closures, train suspensions, or flight cancellations) based on official announcements from the Meteorological Agency or transportation companies.
