• Check in time – 3:00pm to 10:00pm.   Check out time - 11:00am
• If you have animal allergies, please let us know in advance.
• We recommend that all guests bring a copy of their I.D card or passport to give to the proprietors to be used in case of emergency.
• If you want to store your luggage before check-in or receive a courier,please let us know in advance.
• Inside the guest house is completery Non-smoking. Please smoke outside.

about staying with pets

• Please make a reservation in advance
• Use of shared space other than toilet and shower is until 9:30pm
• The common areas can not be used after 10:00pm. Please use the toilet and shower  quietly.
• Only trained dog can stay
• pets are not allowed on the bed.

about cancellation

• please change or cancel your reservation as soon as possible.
• Please note that the following cancellation fee will be charged
  per person in case of cancellation of reservation.
• 5 days before the stay 50% of the accommodation fee
• The day before and on the day of stay 100% of the accommodation fee
